We recognize the life-giving value of being in community. Small groups offer a more intimate setting to connect with each other and be transformed by life-giving teaching, prayer and fellowship.

The enemy wants us to feel rejected . . . left out, lonely, and less than. In Uninvited, Lysa shares her own deeply personal experiences of rejection--from the perceived judgment of the perfectly toned woman one elliptical over to the incredibly painful childhood abandonment by her father. She leans in to honestly examine the roots of rejection, as well as rejection's ability to poison relationships from the inside out, including our relationship with God. With biblical depth, gut honest vulnerability, and refreshing wit, Lysa will help you:
· Stop feeling left out by believing that even when you are overlooked by others you are handpicked by God.
· Change your tendency to either fall apart or control the actions of others by embracing God-honoring ways to process your hurt.
· Know exactly what to pray for the next ten days to steady your soul and restore your confidence in the midst of rejection.
· Overcome the two core fears that feed your insecurities by understanding the secret of belonging.
Uninvited reminds us we are destined for a love that can never be diminished, tarnished, shaken, or taken--a love that does not reject or uninvite. Join this class on first and third Saturdays; contact Eunice Mitchell at 971-344-9822 for more information. Order book and study guide below, although study guide will only be for personal use. Class begins Saturday, October 20. Last day to order book is on Sunday, October 14.

Abiding Place SOM Presents “Reconciled”
Tuesday, September 18, 2018 and Tuesday, September 25, 2018 in the AP Café, 6:30 pm
The two sessions will cover:
· Knowing and living out of our identities in Christ as true sons and daughters.
· Finding the secret place where we can meet with Him and hear His voice.
· Working from love and not for love, our areas of service.
· Developing a lifestyle of living in God’s Presence.
· Pointing the way to reconciliation for others—relational evangelism.
As Bill Johnson says, “Once you know who you are created to be in Jesus, you would never want to be anyone else.” God help us all to come into that place; what a world it will be when we do. “Reconciled” is based on the book Reconciled: An Orphan’s Journey by Pastor Charlie Goessler.
The material is not mandatory. If you wish to purchase a book at the class they will be available. Call Pastor Laurie Goessler for more information: 503-320-2481.
The Supernatural Ways of Royalty
Your Identity Unlocks Your Inheritance!
To experience the full inheritance that Jesus purchased at the cross, you must understand your royal identity. In this class, Kris Vallotton and Bill Johnson denounce those strongholds of thought that have kept many Christians from enjoying their supernatural inheritance. You will be led into a revolutionary understanding of who God says you are—a royal heir to the eternal Kingdom of God.
Step into your God-given destiny by dispelling the pauper mindset, uprooting the poverty mentality, and embracing royalty as part of your spiritual DNA! Class led by Pastor Joel Collier and co-led by Gary Schnell, contact Pastor Laurie Goessler @ 503-320-2481 for any questions. Workbook not necessary for class, only for home use if you want it to supplement your reading.
